Headspace offer young people aged 12 - 24 years a flexible and confidential service including information, education, support, referral, and counselling on issues such as: - Drugs and alcohol (including needle availability program)

- Emergency health care
- Specialist counselling
- Mental Health
- Pregnancy testing
- Referral services
- Anything that affects the health and well being of young people
Options are available for working one to one or in groups depending on the young person's personal choice. Consultation by appointment, drop in consultation depending on availability. Referrals are not necessary. Services provided by the Youth Health Team are free. There is a $3.00 fee for pregnancy testing. FBC run a number of programs: - school holiday programs including camps, which can be attended by both the person with the disability and the rest of the family,

- host family respite services allowing young person with a disability to stay over weekend with another family on a regular basis,
- regular in-home respite and personal care services to young people with a disability

Mummies and Munchkins is a playgroup/support group for young parents under the age of 25. Get to know other parents of a similar age.
